The rule change that impliments more charges for anyone who has worked hard to have good credit is counterproductive to hard working, bill paying americans. This is not fair. In fact it is an incentive not to pay your bills! Wrong and I will vote against any person who supports these actions!
THE POLICY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! Instead reward hard working americans who pay their bills on time!!!
