Subsiding mortgages on the backs of others does nothing more than enable poor choices and behaviors. Let’s address root cause and not reward poor decisions and financial foolishness. We are NOT a socialist country. Saddling responsible members of society with the mistakes of others does not solve problems. This is another power move by democrats to redistribute wealth. Leave hardworking, responsible Americans alone and incentivize/equip others with programs to educate and support without penalizing those who are already making wise choices
