If my understanding of what this proposal would mean, then all the people who worked years to establish good credit will now be punished for having done so and those who may not have EVER worked, are not United States citizens will be able to get a home for much less without having credit, or a bad credit rating. I have no idea why anyone would come up with such a idea, other then to turn us into someone else's country and make those that earned they way up be charged more and have to pay more then a person without any money, or very little. We had a first time home owners buyers loan, but we would have not got it if I had not had a job to afford to pay for our home. It's unfair to make people with good credit support those that don't and it's not the way our country should be run.
