Redistributing high-risk loan costs to homeowners with good credit is punishing people who have worked hard, sometimes working multiple jobs and making personal sacrifices, to be financially responsible and gain a good credit rating; while rewarding people who didn't. This could result in people not being able to afford a home they could have before this because they are now being forced to pay extra for some unknown person. This could detrimentally affect the housing market. Until I learned about this I was in the market to buy - now I think I shall rent the rest of my life. Very Sad day.
