    The affordable housing that you deemed as affordable to a below-poverty working class such as myself, is Affordable by No Means. The price that are being charged for buying a house is beyond reachable for a below poverty person who is working full-time. This industry has turned to Joy of purchasing a home to a hellish nightmare of misery. The prices out of control and then you set people up for failure with the way you do their mortgages as if we are not humans we are robots that do not need repairing. American dream was to own a home and not at some ridiculous price to grow old in and maybe pass down to your children. That dream for majority of us black people and I am speaking for us black people has diminished to us just saying I just want to rent a nice place. This is unacceptable, it is unacceptable to have this mind frame as a norm. I am demanding for a sit-down to discuss what is wrong with your system before it ends up a massacre of people losing their life for a place to stay.
