This has been completely an unimaginable and unexplainable adjustment. I have had buyers now saying they are being punished for saving money and taking care of their credit. While people with lower scores are being rewarded. I just tell them that I can't make this up or make any sense of it and if it sounds crazy it is. Hurting people with down payments just to have them have to pay MI and at a higher interest rate to cover you and the loans that will go bad. One more outrageous thing that this administration has done.
