I strongly disagree on adding fees for good credit borrower's and reducing fees on people who cant handle their credit properly. It's bad enough Biden has ruined this economy with his reckless spending causing inflation and rates are already double since he took office. He's killing the Real Estate market and by adding more fees you are too.
