These extra fees are unnecessary and at a very difficult time for buyers. They don't understand the need, and they are panicking in a time where the market is unstable and the general public is stretched financially already. We in the field are taking hundreds of calls and trying our best to reassure and educate buyers, but we can only talk to one person at a time. These fees are coming at a terrible time and you are crushing us, one loan officer at a time.
