The LLPA's recently released and those going back to the second home increases from last year are ruining our industry and the ability for those who do right by their creditors to buy additional property!! This absurd attempt at spreading equity to those that are less qualified is an absolute tragedy. You've got to ask the current decision makers to take an economics class and then follow that up with a civics class, because our current leaders seem to forget that this country operates on capitalism. This woke agenda is nonsense!!
