Any LLPA adjusters should be based solely on the risk profile only. This is the only way that the end MBS investor will know exactly what their investment is backed by. Consumers are already confused by the LLPAs and to have them not tied to risk adjustments would make this worse. The industry would love to have less confused consumers.
