Newly implemented LLPA's are having a significant negative impact on our borrowers. These "adds," in addition to a severe lack of inventory makes housing even less affordable than prior to the adds. Even if the LLPA adds are more favorable to borrowers with lower down payments, that's useless if we have no "move-up" buyers who make first-time home buyer inventory available.
