I worked at Freddie Mac for 18 years, starting in 1993 when GSE automated underwriting systems (AUS) were first built and tested. I have over 23 years of experience in GSE "black box" applications in real-life mortgage credit decisions, and over 30 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and credit risk management. I am not a "quant", but I thoroughly understand the subject matter upon which the FHFA RFI is based. Consider the attached word doc an outline and rough first draft.
