    Things wish should be considered and thought through: In today's world, salaries are high so many pay cash rather than using credit and they should not be penalized for not having credit. Also, medical collections are an issue since many are erroneous and not known about by borrower - I understand they may be in process of being removed from consideration/calculation. May not have lived in US for sometime so may not have used credit. Examples include living overseas or being in military. Borrower education is needed regarding paycheck loans and/or personal cash advances.
