    I like option 4. The demographic the 2018-2020 housing goals are trying to serve needs to be more dynamic regarding credit score. Additionally, allowing the lender to establish their risk threshold from a waterfall could also help us understand how to manage default through patterns attributed to two independent scores.
    I do agree that the current system and costs associated with it needs to be modified.
