    Please see the attached comment letter from 17 organizations about the risks that climate change and natural disasters pose for the entire housing finance market. We are especially concerned about the disproportionate
    impact of climate change and natural disasters on the most vulnerable communities in our
    society, and particularly on low and moderate income (LMI) neighborhoods and communities of
    color.
