    Hi FHFA,

    As climate change impacts energy systems (see: 1. Texas and the recent snow storm related deaths, and 2. California, Oregon, and Washington wildfires), localized energy resilience matters evermore. Please scope the risk management RFI at the regulated entities to consider backup generation, microgrids, and other localized energy resilience solutions (solar + storage, generators, and etc.) on individual properties and energy distribution grid levels.
