EIC is a C-PACE program administrator in NY. Our innovative program administration model does not use the property tax bill. EIC bills separately, and files a certificate of levy on the land records. The record of the PACE assessment is ON THE LAND RECORD. FHFA has objected to PACE in part because the charge is not recorded anywhere, just added to the municipal tax bill. Not the case in NY . I wish to discuss LMI and green assessments. Thank you.
