    Appraisal Firewall is an alternative to an appraisal management company (AMC). We allow lenders to manage their appraisal process in-house without having to rely on third party management. Our software allows lenders to load in their own panel of appraisers or multiple AMCs that they work with for our system to automatically route through and utilize all of our features to adhere to all compliance regulations and report off of their appraisal activity. Verisite Photo Inspections is an app we have created under the Appraisal Firewall umbrella that allows lenders to customize their requirements of photos needed at the property which can they be taken within our app by an appraiser, real estate professional or in equity, etc situations even the homeowner. We were the first to create this type of inspection app over 3 years ago. All photos are verified first gen, non edited photos with GPS markers for proof that the photos are taken at the specified property.
