Comparable photos-Given the enhanced access to high quality imagery from a variety of sources, I believe that the requirement for original comparable photos deserves reconsideration. This would greatly streamline the overall appraisal process.
Bifurcated appraisals-I must confess that I've only completed a small number of these, but most have been problematic at every step in the process. I firmly believe that the use of these increases turn times and decreases the overall reliability of these appraisals. I believe that the process is always better if only one appraiser is involved from start to finish.
