    Bad idea!! This is contrary to promoting and maintaining a high level of public trust and will eventually over time erode the whole process of buying or refinancing a home. Quit trying to fix problems that resulted from your efforts of trying to fix previous problems created by those changes you've previously made. It will only result in ongoing futile attempts going forward with financial consequences on the backs of the taxpayers of this country. Stick with what has previously worked in the valuation profession. Faster and cheaper appraisals is not the way to go here. Time to re-think this whole concept.
