    Appraisal waivers are killing the appraisal industry along with many other waivers. My business is down 35% since the appraisal waiver has come out. I will never train or hire anyone if the assault on the residential appraiser continues. i dont understand why they can not at least do a drive by if someone qualifies for the waiver.. seems like that would be logical. Do drive bys instead of BPO. I have spoken to many of my peers and all are trying to get out or just retire , none are planning to train anyone..
    Fees are still too low...
