    2 to 3 month wait times for people to obtain an appraisal report is not acceptable but far too often an occurrence today.
    Remove the barriers to entry for new appraisers looking to come into the field.
    PIW/ACE usage is still extremely low in many cases, it is my opinion that the database should be heavily expanded.
    There should be a low ltv requirement across the board that eliminates the need for an appraisal even if in the 30 to 40 percent LTV range.
