    Waivers equate to less Data for future evaluations and review and less consumer Confidence in the transaction as a whole.

    We need equality of process, standardized, to ensure all socio-economic groups are treated fairly and equitably. Standardization.

    Hybrids- We need to have, minimally, Trainees provide the field work/data. This would not only enhance the product data/knowledge but also buoy the Appraisal Industry and the human resources therein.

    We lessen the trained, professional oversight we lessen the quality to the consumer. Speed and efficiencies matter, however accuracy, knowledge and verified data trump all.
