You've forgotten one important thing here - you changed the system supposedly for the good. Then you doubled the paperwork involved & then cut the pay for that increased paperwork. Gee, & you want to know why there aren't enough appraisers anymore? You think that by animation you can cut costs but you still need a person with a brain that knows the market to interpret those AVM's you think are so accurate. Not to Zillow bash but did you know that their error rate is around 30%. You think that is OK & accurate? I don't. Spend a day in an appraisers shoes cause they need a raise.
