Make it very clear that taking photos of comparable properties is not a requirement. Many appraisers don't do this anyhow and in some markets like mine, I can waste an entire afternoon driving over 100 miles taking photos of "private property" signs. I could produce more appraisals with the same quality for less expense. Thank you.
