I saw a topic for this comment about borrower differences and ethnic make up of neighborhoods. As a real estate broker we are taught not to touch ethnic questions period. That is an discrimination no no. I am not sure how ethnicity would ever come into the equation of an appraiser. I am also an appraiser and we report on the market based on what is happening in that area. Race is never a question or something we would ever want to comment on.
