Since Freddie and Fannie basically have the same requirements it would be helpful to allow interchangeable PIW/ACE for either agency. I know the exterior only appraisal was implemented to provide relief for COVID 19, but I think we should continue the allowance with certain LTVs/ property types and align acceptance from either agency.
