Housing is a necessity and human right. With the abundance in this county being sopped up by the wealthy and owning classes, working class Americans don't stand a chance. Please put federal guidelines around rent control. It's impossible to pay less than 40% or greater of ones' income to rent, no matter where you are in the US, and that is criminal. People need housing. Protect people, not landlords, who are hoarding a human necessity.
