I would like to begin by saying thank you for allowing this opportunity for the so many not just in my city but also nationally who have been Abused, robbed, broken, divided, bankruptcy, homeless and even have lost lives. My community has been brought and sold four times by the same corporate it first started in 2012 and 4 years later the same corporate brought up the 7 other communities in our city. That's 2000+ community residents. Mobile home communities are designed for low income families, veterans and senior citizens. We are blessed to have manufactured home communities rights act that are laws that give a since of protection for residents. Our landlords do not follow the laws. They write leases how they feel it will be. Examples are: residents get 1) yr. lease. Laws say two year lease, three year rent projection the lease does not show the projection. Landlord charges 50.00 late fee, landlord increases rent 33-50 dollars a year. We are now charged for garbage, sewage and administration fee on top of rent for only a small piece of land my mobile home sits on. I am blessed to own my home. Evertime my community is sold it's the same pattern higher rent increases, fees increases, added fees. Roads are a problem on other streets with out continuing up keep. We don't know who the landlord is where the landlord lives or the landlords phone number. The laws state this information should be available it is not. The management doesn't respond back with concerns addressed to the landlord. For you to implement these kinds of concerns with the landlords and they do not follow policies how would that be addressed? This has been a problem for years. We were a strive community they sold us with the other communities, there are many more concerns to discuss but these are the most important." It is true that all families deserve a safe healthy affordable place to call home!!!"
Again thank you for caring about our concerns.
    Respectfully,
    Linda Reynolds
