In the manufactured home community where we live, the rent has gone up every single year. The condition of the park is deplorable and the roads are filled with potholes. When we attempt to contact owner, they say they are working on it but they never do.
Please put a stop to lending dollars to these property owners. The property owners in our community is Cook Brothers and they are the largest owners of manufactured home parks in New York State, yet they take no pride in their community.
