I live in a manufactured home community in MA. We are very lucky to have fair owners. Also the town has rent control so rents can only go up so much. But I am horrified by the blatant greed exhibited by buyers of other parks who have no regard for the lives of others. Please do not continue to allow these actions of greedy people/organizations to continue. Thank you for listening!
