My husband and I own two properties in Oakland.
We are not wealthy and rely on our two rentals to provide for us.
Oakland already has enormous restrictions on how we can use our
Properties. Please add nothing more ore we must sell to those who will
use these properties as thei homes and take them off market as rentals
