    PRT acknowledges the shift in the housing market and interest rates, we also acknowledge the ability of the GSEs to, despite the market downturns, be flexible with their underwriting practices to better reach underserved markets in a safe and sound manner. The DTS program is one of the pivotal factors that supports and bolsters the affordable housing and rental options for underserved markets and has the capacity to influence the market.
