    For I have been going in circles for or over 4-5 years in reference to receiving a voucher that will able me to live independent permanent dwelling do physical and mental health issues being homeless and unstable only allow health issues to worsen I've heard that there is a program for individuals and multi family equitablity access to affordable housing reaching low income minority and underserved I've googled searched hours of animated services that never finds a live compassionate knowledgeable person on the other end to direct you help you assistance of any kind I'm spiritual broken exhausted and frustrated...I'm sure this will fall on death ears with no honorable intentions to reach out for reason becoming into this field was the love of helping and changing ones life for the better then the many I've had run into voice cruel no knowledge of any resources surly not directions to at least one who can I don't know how you can help but I'm praying each text email message call will find the correct department or person who would help me thanks
