    We live in Mariners Cove in Sussex County DE. Our HOA is involved with Delaware manufactured housing organization.
    ELS owns our land. They promise everything and do the least possible. We are on a salt water canal and the bulkheads protecting the land our houses ate on are falling apart. They have a repair company starting the work but ELS is arguing with them about the contract. If they do nothing we will be houseboats and if they do what will happen to our rent!!
    This is a concern for all the residents here. Thank all involved who live in manufactured housing and are fighting for our rights
