When are we going to see some meaningful progress towards ending the now 14 year conservatorship. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are not the companies they were in 2007-2008. Revise the capital rule to align with the buffers required by the Dodd-Frank stress tests, revise the SPSPA and stop eliminate the senior preferred liquidation preference, return Fannie and Freddie to private ownership with FHFA oversight like HERA requires.
