Dear Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA),

I am writing to express my support for the proposed modification to the current FHFA system of records titled "FHFA-15, Payroll, Retirement, Time and Attendance, and Leave Records." It is crucial for the Agency to adapt its systems to meet the evolving needs of managing human resources and payroll functions effectively.

The proposed updates outlined in the modification appear to be comprehensive and necessary. Updating the categories of records collected to include information related to work agreements will ensure that the system remains relevant and captures all relevant data. Additionally, updating the service provider used to maintain the payroll, retirement, and leave records will help enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.

I appreciate the efforts to correct and update the authority for maintaining the system, as well as expanding the system's purpose for records collection. These measures will provide clarity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Furthermore, the addition of new record source categories that align with the new categories of records collected demonstrates a proactive approach to data management. It is essential to have accurate and comprehensive sources for the information contained in the system.

I fully support the revision and modification of routine uses to be consistent with FHFA's standard routine uses and those specific to this collection. This alignment will provide a clear framework for the appropriate use and sharing of the collected data.

Lastly, I commend the inclusion of other minor corrections and administrative updates in accordance with OMB Circular A-108. Attention to detail and adherence to administrative guidelines are essential in maintaining a robust and reliable system.

As a concerned individual, I believe that these proposed modifications will contribute to the overall efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness of the FHFA system of records. Thank you for considering my input in this matter.

    Sincerely,
    Myles Gerard Griffin
