    Simply stated, AVM development and reporting shall meet the USPAP guidelines expected by experienced, competent real estate appraisers. Credibility and accuracy expectations and requirements shall require the same compliance as well, meeting all client requirements. 2020 and 2021 were terrible indicators of historical performance of companies abuse and/or incompetence in the implementation (or manipulation) AVM ‘s.
