    I am concerned that FHHA is loaning money for "low income housing" with no oversight whatsoever because all I see is rents sky rocketing from hedge fund investors buying up cheap hosing and raising the rent prices . Result, homelessness every where. This is the result of GREED, Uncontrolled rent increases going on here in Washington as well as NYC. No one can afford this. Please stop your unethical lending practices without oversight or inquiry as to what is being done with our government money. Thank you, L. Chase
