    I am against the premise of this proposed rule-making that threatens the foundational principles of a sound lending system. We can not disrupt the tried and true practice of rewarding responsibility with more responsibility in favor of what would be effectively encouraging financial irresponsibility and punishing financial responsibility. It can only be lead to further ruin an unstable market. So called 'equity' as defined by current societal standards rather than objective truth notwithstanding.
