    I oppose the proposed LLPA rate changes due to the higher mortgage rates we are all facing and the disincentive it provides to keep a good credit rating. It is patently unfair and would undermine the real estate industry by discouraging home sellers to trade up to a more expensive home. Please do not do this to us!!!
