    Really you are trying to pass the buck to those that have good credit instead of actually addressing the problem. This is “bailout” for those with poor credit. Rather than saddle those with scores 680 or lower with more debt, it’s far better to encourage them to re-establish credit. It is NOT my responsibility to take on more because someone made bad choices to effect their credit. This is absolutely horrible and certainly not right.
