    Growing up we are taught you work hard you will be rewarded. Now if you work hard, pay your bills, have good credit from hard work it will cost you more for a mortgage loan than the person who does not have good credit. Where is the fairness here? So rich get richer and the middle class gets screwed and poorer and the poor stay the same except they may be able to buy a house that I won’t be able to because I’ll be priced out. How about the Government stop voting themselves raises and use that to subsidize something for the people they represent This is so not fair to people who worked hard to own something and gave good credit to get the lower rate to afford their home.
