    I am adamantly opposed to this rule change. Once again you are trying to penalize people who do the right thing and make the right choice. I have a great credit score and have worked very hard over the years to get that score by making wise financial decisions and being responsible. This new rule would hurt me for that and help others who have not chosen wisdom and fiscal discipline. I am appalled that this is even being considered! Absolutely NO on this change.
