    This idea is Socialistic. I have work all my life and played by the rules while doing my best to get a good credit rating. That was accomplished by paying my bills on time and paying off many loans.
    An additional surcharge on mortgages for people with good credit rating is a real punch to the gut. It is a penalty to Americans that have managed the money as expected.
    Our senior citizen (President he) is lying to us because the penalty is a TAX. The president said no new or increased tax on people making less than $400,000. I am outraged and will do my best to let everyone know what the OLD SOB is doing to us.
