    It is totally unjust, and unfair, to expect citizens that have worked hard to build good credit scores be mandated to finance lower housing costs to those who don't have good credit. Do not take away the incentive to build credit worthiness. Good credit akes effort and discipline to build good credit and it can be done regardless of income or race. This rule is akin to making good drivers pay the fines for bad drivers - could you imagine the aftermath of such a rule? I worked hard to get my credit where it is - as should everyone!!!
