    Thiss bill is discrimination against all people that have paid their bills on time. Doesn’t matter what class you are in. Many lower income people pay on time and have good credit as well as the middle class. Wealthy people could have a bad credit rate and get a better interest rate than middle class families. Stop this bill. Thank you.
