    I’m 30 years old, I’m a truck driver in West Virginia. I’ve been paying off debt and trying to save for a home for 3 years. I have a baby on the way now.
    I just can’t believe that I can try so hard to do things the right way and still be penalized. For the type of people who I would lend money to and never be paid back. I hope you find that this is the wrong way to help.
    I was a licensed loan originator, I’ve pulled up full credit reports on homeowners. I understand the industry. This new fee structure is going to suppress the middle class. It’s going to discourage buying multiple rental properties as I was hoping to one day do. You’re limiting what assets maintain their viability.
    So. I think this is a massive mistake. Hopefully this reaches you and you consider my two cents . We’re all human and we’re trying.
