    It is unconscionable that those who work hard to maintain a good credit rating will be monetarily penalized to subsidize those who haven't. When does it stop? We hard working folks, who dot our I's and cross our T's and keep our noses to the grindstone to better our lives, deserve the incentives. If this goes through, then we will exercise our voice through elections, and hope to clear out our representatives who support this garbage.
