    This new rule is completely unfair to anybody that has worked their entire life and been responsible to try and better their lives. You cannot punish people with good credit scores and force them to pay more interest so that people who have made poor decisions can get lower interest rates. This is the textbook definition of punishing people for hard work. This is an awful proposed rule and it needs to be canceled immediately.
